At Penelope & Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns only for items with manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing Defects

We will accept returns or exchanges for products that have manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Damaged or broken items upon arrival
  • Products that are materially different from their description
  • Items with quality issues that occurred during production

How to Request a Return

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return and offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
